About Sarina
I have over twenty years’ experience in Christian leadership, soul care, coaching, and team development across church, non-profit, and organisational settings. My background includes national leadership roles with Power to Change, where I focused on spiritual formation, staff wellbeing, retreat facilitation, and the development of emotionally intelligent leadership cultures.
I hold a Bachelor of Teaching, which has not only given me practical teaching experience but also a strong grounding in how people learn, grow, and process new insights. This has shaped both my love of learning and my ability to communicate complex inner-life concepts in accessible, engaging ways.
I am an accredited Spiritual Director (WellSpring), iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, and Life Coach, with experience companioning individuals across a broad spectrum of ages, life stages, and faith traditions. My practice includes one-to-one spiritual direction, Enneagram coaching, contemplative groups, and creative retreats for both individuals and teams.
Alongside individual companioning, I design and facilitate formation experiences for churches and organisations, integrating reflective practice, Stages of Faith frameworks, team culture development, and embodied contemplative exercises. My work also extends to resource creation, including podcasts, reflective guides, Enneagram educational tools, and retreat materials.
Across all settings, my experience is marked by a consistent theme: creating safe, reflective spaces that nurture spiritual growth, self-understanding, and a deeper, more sustainable connection with God, self, and others.
