“Love’s Oneing: A Retreat about Contemplation”

This silent retreat is based on Kerrie Hide’s book “Love’s Oneing: A book about Contemplation” which will be available in 2022. “May they be one” John 17:21

With Kerrie’s writing, we will visit some mystics as they share their wisdom.

There will be input, group meditation and times for individual reflection and creativity. Spiritual Direction will also be offered by Denise and Jo.

RETREAT DIRECTOR: Denise Brosnan is a Sister of Saint Joseph who ministers in spirituality full time as a spiritual director, supervisor and retreat giver. Denise lectures and supervises in the St Francis’ Spiritual Direction Formation Programme. Denise has held various roles in Catholic Education and currently offers in-service to school staff in the areas of spirituality and scripture.  Denise is a qualified counsellor and sandplay therapist and often uses sand and symbols in her ministry. As an educator, Denise has ministered in various places including the Kimberleys, Western Australia, regional and outback Queensland and Timor Lester (East Timor) and continues to be connected with those who are often seen to be on the edge of society including those who have sought refuge or asylum.
