ANSD Friday afternoon meditation sessions 16 April – 2 July 2021

Breathing in the Presence of God

Lead me to the heart of life’s treasure,

that I may be a bearer of the gift.

Lead me to the heart of the present,

that I may be a sharer of your eternal presence.

John Philip Newell, Sounds of the Eternal: A Celtic Psalter

Judith will facilitate online meditation sessions over 12 weeks.

We will be online for around 45 minutes depending on the size of our group, around 20-25 minutes of which each Friday will be in sitting meditation.

In the opening weeks we will draw from the wellsprings of indigenous wisdom expressed in Miriam Rose Ungunmerr’s Dadirri.

Judith is a member of ANSD and has led ANSD Reflection days in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, QLD.

She is a facilitator of weekly online meditation and is currently a mentor in the Deeptime Network online course,

applying the New Cosmology,  she is leading a small international group exploring contemplative cosmology.
